Description
- Collect rubber materials that fall from the conveyor
- Mix materials
- Cut rubber
- Weigh powder
- Lift materials to the conveyor and connect bias
- Measure tires during extrusion and weigh the measured tires
- Tape and clean bead wire
- Form circles in tires and puncture tires
- Screen circles of tires in B.O.M to officially become tires
- Mark tires / connect tubes-
- Install screws in tubes-
- Inspect finished products to determine if they are rejects or not-
- Work on the production assembly line and understand the mechanics of the product
- Attention to detail to build correctly and identify any faults
- Physically demanding job as some lifting is required
- Flexibility to work in other departments as required
- Attend training and seminars as and when required. Perform any other jobs around the factory deemed necessary
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- 5 months to 1 year of experience as a machine operator
- Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City
- Flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- No visible tattoos and a TESDA Certificate, if available
- Certificate of employment required
- Punctuality and reliability are essential, must be physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
- Experience in the tire industry preferred but not essential
