Job Responsibilities:

1. Market & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor market trends, emerging competitors, and industry developments.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and business growth.
• Create regular reports and executive dashboards summarizing key market intelligence.
• Conduct ad hoc research to support new initiatives, partnerships, or product strategies.
• Prepare executive briefings and business reviews

2. Internal KPI Tracking & Performance Management

• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators for the team.
• Design dashboards and performance tracking tools to provide real-time visibility.
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Facilitate internal communication and ensure follow-through on high-priority tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Statistics, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in market research, insights, or analytics
