- Brand Building and Market Positioning: Lead the company's brand development and positioning, ensuring that the brand possesses uniqueness and recognition in the digital currency market, thereby enhancing brand value and user identification.
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Independently plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including brand promotion, user growth, and community operations, ensuring effective execution of all activities and timely optimization of strategies based on market feedback.
- Advertising Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement precise advertising strategies, optimizing the performance of various advertising channels (such as social platforms, search engines, and partner media). Enhance brand exposure, user acquisition efficiency, and market conversion rates through effective advertising placements.

- Brand building capability: Excellent experience in brand development, able to formulate and implement unique and effective brand promotion strategies based on the market environment and target user groups, ensuring the brand stands out in a highly competitive market.
- At least five years of market experience: A minimum of 5 years of market promotion experience in the digital currency, fintech, or related industries, including at least 2 years of experience working in centralized exchanges, capable of understanding and addressing the market demands and challenges of centralized exchanges.
- Successful promotion cases: Able to provide specific successful cases that demonstrate quantifiable performance growth through marketing activities, brand building, or advertising campaigns, such as user growth, increased trading volume, and brand exposure.
- Outstanding advertising experience: Possesses excellent advertising strategy experience, proficient in advertising channels such as social media, Google Ads, and KOL collaborations, able to effectively enhance advertising conversion rates and ROI, ensuring maximization of market investment.
- Data-driven optimization capability: Proficient in data analysis, capable of analyzing market activity effectiveness through various data tools, continuously optimizing advertising effectiveness, activity strategies, etc., to improve overall market efficiency.
- Cross-department collaboration and communication skills: Able to efficiently collaborate with technical, product, sales, and other teams to drive the execution of cross-departmental projects, ensuring the smooth implementation of market strategies.

Compensation:
