We are looking for a Marketing Officer to plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that promote Sulite Lighting and its partner brand, Austere. The position involves developing creative content, managing social media pages, generating leads, and producing marketing materials that support overall sales and branding goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create and produce marketing materials and digital content, including product catalogs, brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
• Manage and grow Sulite Lighting and Austere’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others) through content planning, publishing, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
• Support lead generation efforts by running digital marketing campaigns and coordinating qualified leads with the sales team.
• Edit and process photos and videos for online ads, websites, and promotional materials.
• Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s goals and branding guidelines.
• Explore and apply AI tools or automation platforms to improve marketing productivity and creative output.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to maintain consistent communication and branding across materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Advertising, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, multimedia production, or creative communication (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Proficient in graphic design, photography, and video editing using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or CapCut.
• Experience in content creation and social media management across multiple platforms are preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or marketing productivity is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination abilities, especially in cross-department collaboration.
