Read These Carefully

• We don’t care about your degree. We care about what you can do. That said, here’s what you need to crush this role:
• Proven experience in social media content creation (you’ve posted daily before — not just once a week when you felt “inspired”)
• You can write like a marketer. Hooks, headlines, CTAs — not poems.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising. Facebook/Instagram Ads is a must. Google Ads = big bonus.
• You know your way around Canva or CapCut. Bonus points if you’ve worked with editing tools like Adobe or Final Cut.
• You understand basic performance metrics. CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS. You don’t panic when you see a dashboard.
• You’re fast. If it takes you 3 days to post one reel, this is not for you.
• You stay on top of trends. You know what’s going viral right now — not last month.
• You’re independent. No babysitting. No hand-holding. We give you the target — you run with it.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch. We’re targeting local ondernemers, so taalgevoel is key.
