- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital and traditional media.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in client- or service-focused industries.
- With experience as Marketing Officer/Business Development in MANPOWER AGENCY
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and improving retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in cost control and resource planning.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
