Description
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, ads, and promotional materials for all brands
- Build and execute the marketing strategy across digital, content, events, and partnerships.
- Manage campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, and ROI tracking.
- Coordinate with branches and internal team to ensure message alignment and market fit.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencer, and marketing budget.
- Provide marketing reports to management for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or business leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
