Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager with a keen sense of public relations and a passion for storytelling. This position is ideal for someone who can align global brand direction with local needs while leading public communications and regional activities to resonate with local market media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Localize and implement global marketing strategies tailored to your region.

• Develop and manage media resources, including paid media, earned media, arranging interviews, and handling media inquiries.

• Work closely with the headquarters PR team to manage press releases, media kits, and speaking opportunities.

• Coordinate regional events, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, and online/offline activation activities with the product and business development teams.

• Responsible for the PR calendar in your region, monitor media sentiment, and handle basic crisis communication.

• Track marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly report on campaign results and regional insights.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of marketing experience, with proven regional experience and a strong media/PR background.

• Experience in cryptocurrency/Web3, fintech, or technology industries preferred.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and the local language.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating across time zones and teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, and X (Twitter) is a plus.

Salary: 3-5k, with an additional bonus of 1-3 months distributed bi-monthly.
