About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager / Growth Lead who can turn strategy into execution — leading go-to-market launches, driving growth, and amplifying our presence across the Web3 ecosystem.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring our DeFi project’s launch and post-launch momentum hit the mark.

This role is perfect for someone who has led Web3 or DeFi product launches, understands the crypto community mindset, and knows how to connect brand vision with measurable growth outcomes.

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new Web3/DeFi product launches.
• Manage the full marketing funnel — from positioning, messaging, and community engagement to campaign analytics.
• Collaborate with product, design, BD, and community teams to ensure cohesive launch execution.
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and media partners to amplify brand exposure.
• Track marketing performance, analyze user acquisition metrics, and iterate strategies for sustained growth.
• Stay current with Web3 and DeFi trends, and translate insights into actionable campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing or growth experience, preferably within Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
• Proven track record of leading a Web3 or DeFi project launch (end-to-end).
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, user acquisition, and community-driven growth models.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with DAOs, NFT projects, or decentralized apps.
• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter) marketing dynamics.
• Basic design or creative direction skills (Canva / Figma / Adobe Suite).
• Existing network within the crypto marketing or KOL ecosystem.
