Geraci provides specialized legal services including loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation to support confident, growth-oriented decision-making for lending professionals.

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimization of marketing processes, technologies, and analytics for Geraci LLP. This role ensures the seamless execution of campaigns, drives strategic alignment, and maximizes efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization

• Improve and streamline marketing workflows using best practices

Technology Management

• Oversee tools like HubSpot and Clio for automation and CRM integration

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and create actionable reports for marketing strategy

Campaign Execution

• Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Align marketing strategies with sales, product, and operations teams

Budget Oversight

• Support planning and monitoring of the marketing budget

Team Leadership

• Mentor and manage marketing team members

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Support special projects and business goals as needed

Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or marketing analytics
• Proven experience in marketing operations, including managing systems like HubSpot and/or Clio
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a focus on marketing KPIs and ROI.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
