1. Develop and implement advertising strategies for the exchange brand and products to enhance brand awareness and user conversion rates.

2. Manage multi-channel advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Twitter, optimizing ad performance and return on investment (ROI).

3. Analyze advertising data, generate performance reports, and adjust campaign strategies based on data feedback to ensure KPI targets are met.

4. Coordinate resources from design, copywriting, and agencies to ensure advertising materials and promotional activities are launched on time and of high quality.

5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, proposing innovative campaign ideas and optimization suggestions.

6. Manage the advertising budget, control costs effectively, and improve advertising efficiency.

7. Ensure that advertising content complies with relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies, collaborating with the compliance department to complete reviews.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Finance, or related fields.

2. More than 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a background in finance or blockchain preferred.

3. Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and mainstream DSP tools.

4. Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using data tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.

5. Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with some project management experience.

6. Strong ability to work under pressure and capable of independent problem-solving.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Work Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, two days off
