- Manage daily school operations and administration.
- Coordinate schedules, events, and communication with staff, students, and parents.
- Oversee financial management and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies.
- Support academic programs and student services.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate school staff.
- Foster a positive school environment and culture.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Education or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, communication, and basic knowledge of school operations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require occasional evening or weekend work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a passion for education.
