- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven expertise in sales and marketing, business intelligence, entrepreneurship, networking, and customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for recruitment events.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, analytical thinking, persuasive skills, and adaptability.
