Description

  • This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining both light and heavy machinery and equipment, including construction vehicles, trucks, and specialized machinery. The successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Inspection and Diagnosis: Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in both light and heavy equipment.
  • Troubleshoot: Know how to troubleshoot and repair CHINA and JAPAN dumptruck, backhoe and other heavy equipments
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to construction machinery, trucks, and agricultural equipment. Tasks include engine repair, transmission work, brake systems, and hydraulic repairs.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment. This includes oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.
  • Diagnostic Tools: Utilize diagnostic tools and computerized equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance performed, parts used, and labor hours.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment and maintain equipment according to industry standards.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with supervisors and customers regarding equipment status, required repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in equipment technology and repair techniques.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of 2 years Vocational course in Auto-Diesel Mechanic
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining light and heavy equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and tools, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Technical certification or vocational training in heavy equipment repair is preferred.
