Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for packaging lines, conveyors, sealing machines, labeling equipment, and other food-grade machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and ensure timely repair to minimize production downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules in alignment with production goals.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with food safety standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and downtime events.
- Lead, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
- Assist in ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and managing tool control.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with PPE and plant safety rules.
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Has knowledge in handling manpower
- Amenable to work onsite in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
