Description
- Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule patient appointments and manage physician calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately
- Maintain and update patient medical records
- Prepare medical documents, forms, and correspondence
- Coordinate with physicians, technologists, and laboratory staff
- Verify patient insurance and handle billing or copayment collection
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all patient-related information
- Support day-to-day administrative operations within the cardiovascular lab setting
Requirements
- Graduate of any course
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
