Job Description

Medical TerminologyClaims Processing

Description

  • Telephone, email and fax communication with doctor's office's regarding the status of client medical documentation.
  • Review of documentation received from doctor's offices and submission of completed documents to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
  • Liaison with CRA regarding the status of our clients' Disability Tax Credit applications and responding to CRA requests for additional information.
  • Escalating client files or completing service complaints when the CRA has surpassed their allotted time according to their standard processing times.


Requirements

  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Previous experience with medical documentation is an asset
