- Perform laboratory tests and analyses on biological specimens.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to interpret results.
- Document findings and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: Atleast 6 months relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of medical laboratory techniques.
- Working Conditions: Work typically in a laboratory environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
