- Current licensed Medical Technician with at least 2 years of experience.
- Perform laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct patient sample collection and handle specimens properly.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Licensed Med Tech certification, strong communication skills, proficiency in hematology, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct laboratory tests, analyze results, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Standard lab environment with possible exposure to biological hazards.
