Description
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and marketing teams for promotions.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards in product displays.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Assist in planning and executing visual merchandising initiatives.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in Quality Management and Inventory Management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage product displays, monitor inventory levels, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Working Conditions: Typical retail environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
