Description

Support the merchandising team in managing product setup

Maintain accurate records of product specifications, pricing, and stock inventory

Assist with the creation and tracking of purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely deliveries of products

Prepare and maintain merchandising reports including stock levels and pricing comparisons.

Help organize product catalogues and  promotional materials

Ensure accurate and consistent product descriptions and codes across platforms.

Provide administrative support such as filing, document preparation, and meeting coordination.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.

Previous experience in administrative or merchandising support

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Merchandising software.

Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
