Description
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Support inventory management and product allocation.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in store visits and market research.
- Assist with visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in merchandising or retail environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, sales management, and sales training.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential for extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and teamwork-oriented.
