- Assist in executing merchandising strategies and plans.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Support the development of visual displays and product placements.
- Gather market trends and competitor analysis data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising team.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; relevant courses in merchandising are a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in merchandising software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in product selection, inventory management, data analysis, and collaboration with vendors.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to trade shows and vendor locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Innovative, team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
