Description

We are looking for an experienced and sophisticated Merchandising Manager to lead product assortment planning, vendor relations, and in-store brand presentation for our luxury accessories brand. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience, strengthening brand identity, and driving sales performance across retail channels. The Merchandising Manager will ensure that every product and display reflects the brand’s prestige and market positioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and align with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Curate and manage product assortments to ensure exclusivity, desirability, and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a merchandising team to deliver flawless execution of brand presentation and customer experience standards.
  • Analyze sales data, market insights, and customer behavior to make strategic decisions that optimize product performance.
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory to maintain the right balance between availability and exclusivity.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with premium suppliers, negotiating favorable terms while upholding brand quality standards.
  • Oversee in-store visual merchandising to create elevated, engaging displays that embody luxury and strengthen brand identity.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on pricing, promotions, and seasonal launches to achieve revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ merchandising experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within luxury retail, fashion, or accessories.
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, product planning, and supplier negotiations.
  • Proven ability to translate market and customer insights into premium merchandising strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP, POS, or retail analytics systems is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and luxury presentation standards.
  • Based in Manila or willing to relocate to Binondo; immediate availability preferred.
