Description
- Performs preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Performs mold verification, sample process development, mold changes and set ups
- Gather data and track MTTR and MTBF of molds and machines.
- Overall supervision of both molds and maintenance teams with the initiative to conduct continuous improvement projects, both civil and mechanical.
- Initiate, support, and sustain the equipment & molds in a good condition.
- Provide strategies and procedures to shorten MTTR (Mean time to repair) and lengthen MTBF (Mean time before failure)
- Upgrade molds repair and fabrication skills to existing molds technicians to reduce contractor costs.
- At least 3 years experience in plastic molding injection industry in supervisory level
- Familiarity with Plastic injection molding machine controls and operations
- Familiarity with tooling equipment
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- Knowledge in AutoCAD/ 3D Model
