Reporting to the Creatives Officer, the Multimedia Artist is responsible for producing engaging visual and multimedia content that strengthens the company’s brand identity and supports marketing initiatives. This role plays an important part in bringing creative concepts to life through engaging multimedia content. 

1. Create and develop visual content—such as graphics, illustrations, animations, photos, and videos—ensuring all outputs are engaging, high-quality, and aligned with brand guidelines and content objectives. 
2. Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to translate project objectives into compelling visual executions. 
3. Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming and planning sessions. 
4. Stay updated on design trends, multimedia tools, and best practices to continually improve creative output. 
5. Assist in the planning, setup, execution, and pre- and post-production of multimedia projects and events. 
6. Ensure all creative outputs support consistent brand positioning and storytelling across various platforms. 
7. Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned. 

Job Qualifications 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 
2. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in creating multimedia content, including but not limited to graphic design, video editing, and visual media production. Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates with strong creative portfolios or relevant project experience are also encouraged to apply. 
3. A strong creative portfolio showcasing work in one or more areas such as graphic design, visual illustration, photo editing, video editing, animation, photography, or videography. 
4. Proficiency in industry-standard multimedia and design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), and related editing/animation tools. 
5. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and their application in multimedia content creation. 
6. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. 
7. Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a team environment. 
8. Willingness to travel for fieldwork and participate in events when needed. 
9. Experience in projects or initiatives involving OFWs or OFW communities is an advantage but not required.
