• Responsible to provide high-level technical support to the Surveillance and Security Divisions regarding the CCTV & Access Control Systems.
• Takes responsibility for the provision of training; support and guidance to less experienced Technicians, and as required , will act in the role of Assistant Manager, Sec & Sur Network & Systems in his absence.
• Responsible for the implementation and support of all I.T. related infrastructure associated with the CCTV & Access Control systems. This position takes responsibility for ensuring the stability and maintenance of the IP Networked Surveillance system.

• Minimum 2 years of Hotel & Casino experience as a supervisor or Acting Supervisor role .
• Knowledge of Security systems is an advantage .
• Certified Cisco Network Administrator or above.
• Network Administrator Practitioner.
• Domain Controller Administrator Practitioner.
• Experience with Software applications & online system .
• Tertiary level desired.
• Basic statistics & mathematics .
• Capacity to withstand shift work and rotating shifts .
• Organized .
