[Senior SRE/Operations Engineer]

Priority will be given to candidates who have successfully designed from scratch or led the transformation of core business migrations to the cloud and hybrid cloud disaster recovery architectures. Candidates with experience in building or refactoring SRE core systems from the ground up—including monitoring, alerting, change control, capacity planning, and incident response—will be preferred. Candidates with proven track records of achieving large-scale cost savings through technical measures (architecture optimization, resource scheduling) and management measures (vendor negotiations) will be preferred.

[Core Responsibilities]

1. Technology Strategy and Planning: Develop enterprise-level SRE technical strategies, ensuring the forward-looking and robustness of the technology architecture from the perspectives of risk governance, technical debt management, and architecture anti-corruption.

2. Stability Assurance System Development: Lead the team to implement a full-chain business continuity assurance system encompassing monitoring, alerting, rate limiting, graceful degradation, contingency planning, and load testing, ensuring high availability of core services during traffic surges.

3. Cloud-Native and Cost Optimization: Drive the design and implementation of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures; establish and promote a FinOps culture to achieve significant cost optimizations through systematic approaches.

4. Efficiency and Quality Improvement:

· Promote the development of a unified deployment and automated operations platform to enhance development and delivery efficiency.

· Establish change risk controls and quality gates to reduce production incident rates.

· Optimize application startup times and deployment processes to accelerate release cycles.

5. Team Management and Talent Development: Lead and empower the SRE/operations team, overseeing technical direction planning, project management, and talent pipeline development.

[Required Technology Stack]

1. Core Platforms and Architectures: Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native hybrid cloud architectures, OpenResty, microservices governance

2. Middleware and Messaging Queues: Kafka, Zookeeper, Etcd, Nginx, load balancing technologies

3. Monitoring and Observability: Grafana, ELK, eBPF, end-to-end tracing, custom monitoring systems

4. Programming and Automation: Shell, Python, Java (familiarity)

5. Public Cloud Services: Proficiency in core services (ECS/SLB/RDS/OSS, etc.) of at least one provider (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.)

6. Infrastructure: In-depth expertise in Linux OS, networking, storage, and server management
