We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Operations Virtual Assistant (IT Operations VA) to support client’s IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
• Support daily operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Help manage IT documentation, including process manuals and system configurations.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor system performance metrics and generate reports.
• Assist in training staff on IT processes and tools.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

• Proven experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with IT management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Hiring Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT operations or support.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed - various USA timezones
