Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain and organize files and documents for easy retrieval.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and external partners.
- Manage office supplies and inventory for optimal functioning.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
