Description
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in project coordination and scheduling.
- Maintain filing systems and update documentation.
- Communicate with team members and external partners.
- Monitor inventory and assist in procurement processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student with internship experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, strong client management skills, and competent in reporting and business analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, prepare reports, support client communication, and contribute to business analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, team-oriented setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicative abilities, and a team player.
