Qualifications

Experience:
✅ 2+ years in financial product operations (crypto/fintech preferred), with proven success in:

Technical Skills:
✅ Advanced data analysis: Proficiency in SQL + Python/R for cohort analysis; experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). ✅ Web3 knowledge: Understanding of blockchain payments, crypto compliance (e.g., travel rule), and DeFi integrations.

Language:
✅ Fluent spoken/written English for daily communication with international partners, users, and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with VISA/Mastercard crypto card programs or Web3 loyalty systems
