Description

1. Data Monitoring and Analysis

· Responsible for the daily monitoring and analysis of the platform's core operational metrics, including DAU (Daily Active Users), retention rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and conversion rate for paid users.

· Timely identification of data anomalies and trend changes, exploring potential optimization opportunities, and formulating targeted solutions.

2. Operational Strategy and Optimization

· Based on data analysis results, propose operational strategy optimization plans to drive product iterations, activity adjustments, and improvements in user experience.

· Monitor online operational data, track the effectiveness of optimization plans, and conduct review summaries.

3. Activity Planning and Execution

· Responsible for the operational activities of overseas board games, including activity plan design, parameter configuration, and effect monitoring.

· Coordinate cross-departmental teams in technology, design, and marketing to ensure that activity features are launched on time and meet the needs of the target market.

4. User Operations and Growth

· Develop differentiated operational strategies for different market user groups to enhance user retention and conversion rates.

· Focus on key user groups and high-value players, maintaining long-term user relationships.

5. Cross-border Collaboration and Compliance

· Participate in the localization efforts for overseas markets, ensuring that activity content, gameplay, and payment methods comply with local culture and laws and regulations.

· Maintain efficient communication with overseas market operation teams, responding promptly to market changes and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

1. Passionate about the gaming industry, willing to delve deeply into game operations for the long term, with a bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in marketing, statistics, game design, etc.).

2. Over three years of experience in game operations, with strong data analysis skills and experience in event planning and execution; experience in board games or overseas markets is preferred.

3. Familiar with commonly used data analysis tools (such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.), and able to independently complete data analysis and visualization reports.

4. Possess excellent insight, logical thinking, execution ability, and learning capacity, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

5. Open to all nationalities; candidates who can use English or the target market language as their working language are preferred; Chinese candidates will be given priority consideration.

6. Possess cross-cultural communication skills and an international perspective, familiar with overseas gaming platforms and user habits.

1. Successful case studies in event operations for overseas board game platforms or large online entertainment platforms.

2. Practical experience in improving key operational metrics such as paid user growth and retention optimization.
