Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager at The Sundry Food Hall located in Parañaque. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing operational strategies. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in operations management and staff supervision
• Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
