Description

  • Position: Chief-of-Staff to the President
  • Department: Shared Services Organiza7on
  • Hours of Operation: Shifting, Holidays, Over7me
  • Reporting Manager: President
  • Location: XMC BPO Manila Site, Philippines
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute company and client strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify systems and processes in need of greater efficiency and synthesize information to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation, and excellence across the organization.
  • Leadership & Influence: Foster a culture of high performance and inspire teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Networking & Representation: Represent the company at industry-related seminars, 
  • roadshows, and forums, building and maintaining strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic support role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and financial performance.
  • Deep understanding of BPO operations, client needs, and industry challenges.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
  • Preferred Certifications (but not required):
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Project SPARTA
  • Project Management Related Certifications
