The Operations Team Lead will oversee a team of financial account specialists, ensuring performance excellence, client satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will coach, mentor, and drive results while ensuring accuracy and compliance—especially in billing and financial-related processes.
As an Operations Team Lead, you will:
• Supervise, develop, and motivate a team of financial specialists
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and daily productivity
• Handle escalations, ensure timely issue resolution, and provide actionable feedback
• Oversee billing-related procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow and performance
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and daily huddles
• Ensure team compliance with company and client policies
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational strategies.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree graduate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 2 years as an Operations Team Lead/Supervisor in the BPO industry
• Must have billing experience
• Experience in banking/lending, finance, insurance, or US mortgage servicing (preferred but not required)
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Available start date: ASAP
• Minimum 1 year of billing experience required
