The Operations Manager for the poultry industry oversees and manages all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring the efficient and sustainable production, distribution, and sales of poultry products. • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to regional and plant managers across all areas.

• Oversee poultry production processes, including breeding, rearing, and processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture is an advantage but not required, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior operational role within the poultry or agribusiness industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of poultry production, biosecurity, and food safety standards.
• Experience in poultry farming or dressing plant operations is a great advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
