Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, proficient in project management tools, excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional off-site visits; availability for overtime as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
