1. Gain a deep understanding of BD channel requirements, responsible for channel growth, and collaborate with BD for operational and channel management;

2. Interface with BD channels, plan and implement channel activities to increase platform user base and transaction volume;

3. Coordinate internal resources to provide product support and resource support for BD channel expansion and user acquisition conversion;

4. Analyze channel data to provide optimization suggestions and plans for channel operations, enhancing channel revenue and ROI;

5. Monitor market dynamics to identify and explore new channel opportunities;

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields.

2. More than 3 years of experience in channel operations or business development, with mature experience in BD channel operations and management;

3. Excellent communication skills, able to maintain close collaboration with BD and provide operational support;

4. Strong data analysis capabilities, able to optimize channel operation strategies based on results from different channel data;

5. Market sensitivity, capable of identifying new market opportunities;

Preferred qualifications:

1. Background in CEX channel operations is preferred;

2. Familiarity with contract BD channel operation management is preferred;
