- Responding to customers, determining the cause of computing issues, and fixing technical problems.
- College graduate of an IT course or any related course

- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities.
- Good understanding of computer systems and software.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
