Job Description
- Assist in daily operations, customer service, and event coordination.
- Assist in daily operations of the hospitality department.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
- Support event planning and coordination activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas.
- Participate in team meetings to improve service quality.
- Gain hands-on experience in various hospitality roles.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students currently pursuing their degree.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; strong interpersonal abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility in work hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, team-oriented, detail-focused, and willing to learn.
