What We Do:

We produce and rigorously test hundreds of video ads for our clients to support their marketing efforts on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and more. Many of the biggest direct-to-consumer brands in America rely on our team to drive their business growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to join our team on a freelance/project basis.

As an advertising agency, we run performance-driven campaigns for various brands, and we need an experienced media buyer who can help us plan, launch, optimize, and scale ads across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Analyze performance data and adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and others.
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to align on campaign goals
• Provide regular reports and insights on ad performance
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads is a plus)
• Data-driven with strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
