Role Overview:

  • Proactively monitoring systems and addressing alerts to prevent disruptions.
  • Delivering exceptional service and clear communication to users, keeping them informed every step of the way.
  • Staying current with the latest IT tools and practices and sharing your knowledge with the team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT Service Desk experience in a BPO setup
  • Solid expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in international voice support
  • Flexibility to work shifting schedules in our Quezon City office
