Job Description:
Manage and maintain existing KOL channels to promote stable growth;
Follow up on feedback and needs from channel partners, promptly resolve issues and handle complaints to maintain good collaborative relationships;
Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of channel promotion activities, including both online and offline events;
Coordinate internal team resources to support the smooth operation of channels.
