Description
- Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Develop deep product knowledge to assist clientele effectively.
- Build and maintain client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure an appealing store presentation.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or luxury sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Charismatic, customer-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
