  • Lead and optimize daily operations, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for raw materials, packaging, and distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
