A transient house painter is a painter who works on residential properties, typically on a temporary or short-term basis. These painters may work on a variety of tasks related to painting the interior and exterior of homes, often contracted for specific projects or during periods of high demand. Their job description includes:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
2. Painting: Applying paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, windows, and other surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
3. Mixing Paint: Selecting and mixing paint colors to match customer preferences or specific project requirements.

• Atleast High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High
• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
