Description
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Fine Arts or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the Compression Molding Process, attention to detail, color mixing, and application techniques.
- Working Conditions: May involve exposure to chemicals, working in various environments, and potential heavy lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Creativity, patience, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
