Description

  • Ensures the orderly maintenance of employee records and update payroll positions
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and code of conduct
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and facilitate orientations
  • Manage local recruitment, salary administration, and performance evaluation
  • Coordinate internal and external HR meetings and workshops
  • Plan, implement, and report on HR Related concerns
  • Draft, submit, and file HR documents and correspondence
  • Mediate on employee issues and conflicts
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement workshops
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage legal compliance
  • Promote work-life balance initiatives and wellness programs
  • Other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Law , Political Science, or any related course
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience in HR with exposure to recruitment, compliance, and employee relations, as well as proficiency in record management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
