Description

  • Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents including position papers, replies, comments, manifestations, and compliance submissions, in accordance with procedural rules and legal standards.
  • Respond to orders and resolutions issued by quasi-judicial bodies such as the Labor Arbiter (LA) and NLRC Commissioners, as well as appellate courts including the Court of Appeals (CA).
  • Ensure all pleadings and legal responses are strategically crafted, legally sound, and submitted within prescribed timelines.
  • Interpret and analyze legal directives to determine the appropriate course of action and documentation required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all legal filings and monitor case developments across multiple levels of adjudication.

Requirements

  • This role demands a high level of legal proficiency in labor and procedural law, with a focus on drafting formal legal documents in response to directives from administrative and appellate bodies.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization’s legal position through well-researched and persuasive pleadings
